I’ve been given a pusher
The bullet train’s due
Woosh, and I’ll be away
Beyond what the eye can see
Below the seven levels
Where the big round catz hang out
I’ll be laying low
Ready for the scan
The job was a buzz
I’m back to reality
Now waiting for the game results
Today’s another new day
Ivor Steven (c) 2018

G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer.
I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

Hope they discover that it’s just excess poetic talent trying to break out and then you can get back home to lay it all out on your computer!

Yes, today is another new day. Must always remember that!
But, sometimes the waiting for the results can be difficult!
Hang in there and keep up your positive and very fine spirit!

Ok sounds good, the latest news is I might have a strange piece of TB !! π

how odd Ivor, we were supposed to have wiped that out years ago … if you have you will need a sanatorium rest/cure house stay and sadly for quite a while. But does sound like they are getting there … no rescue until you know, sad for you π¦
But it’s not terminal!
