G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer.
I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

No I’ve not done that yet, it arrived early this morning. The setting can’t be changed, but it’s set on easy, so ok for me…Maybe “Qantas” is a good or “York”, that’s the name on the bike, if you look closely 😊

You look fit! But I know all the weeks of illness and tests and etc was so exhausting. 😦 You will build your strength up and be all ready to take NY by storm! 😉 🙂

You got that “right” Ivor, the correct side of the road and the car! LOL. The toilets flush in a different direction also.
If you think you might get home sick. Bring a shovel, word on the street is you can dig yourself to China or Australia from America!
