Cast In Marble
A new spring’s about to start
Ten lost winters have weathered my heart
And mud-larks still sing until dark
Bridges of dreams were crossed
The ocean and river spanned
Waters of love found
Our true love ran deep
Cascading over hidden rocks
And sharp stones were softened by sand

Thank you Carolyn … my venture to join CHW has been a whirl-wind ride for me, and the positive vibes I am receiving is sensational … and even though it’s been extra work for me, the reward of having such a vast audience reading my poems has vindicated my gamble to have a go at something completely new for me … (( Hugs)) and thank you for ongoing words of encouragement… your kind support warms my heart .. 💛💙🌏😀
